First Harbor: January 2007. The Town of Shelter Island, New York awarded us a contract to develop a custom online mooring permit management system. They liked it so much that they strongly encouraged us to market it to other harbors. We followed their excellent advice, met a receptive audience, and have been enhancing the product ever since to meet the needs of other harbors worldwide.

Largest Harbor: The Town of Nantucket, Massachusetts, with 2200 moorings. Nantucket started by having us manage their seasonal mooring permit process, and have since extended it to include transient reservations and seasonal slip reservations. We have found that our largest harbors reap the largest benefits from using our product.

Smallest Harbor: The Town of Middletown, Rhode Island, with 60 moorings.

Most Comprehensive Harbor: The Town of Bristol, Rhode Island offers 7 different types of applications to its boaters: Mooring Permits, Dock Permits, Winter Dock Permits, Outhaul Permits, Wire Permits, Bulkhead Permits, and Dinghy Rack Permits.

You decide who pays our fees.  We can charge our fees directly to your boaters, in addition to your fees, so that nothing comes out of your pocket.  Or we can bill you directly. Or anything in between. With this approach, any harbor can afford to use our product.  

	Application Fees We charge US$6 each time an application is recorded in Online Mooring, which happens when a boater submits an application online or you receive a paper application that you record in our site.  For example, if you process 100 dockage contracts annually, we would charge a total of $600/year.		Online Payment Fees You have the option to let boaters pay your fees online using PayPal.  If they do, we charge a fee to cover the PayPal charges.  For U.S. clients, we charge 3.75% of the total fee, plus $0.30. For non-U.S. clients, we charge 4.75% of the total fee, plus $0.30.
