Overview

This page is shown to applicants when they have attempted to Pay online, and there is a payment transaction that is still in process.  We highlight this situation so that applicants don't accidentally double pay their fees.

This page shows the details about the existing payment transaction that is being processed.  Normally, this transaction is processed quickly (in a manner of minutes).  If the transaction is for an unrelated application, simply wait for a short period and try again.

In rare situations, the transaction can take hours to process.  This is almost always due to slowness with Google Checkout.

If this situation persists for longer than a few hours, please contact our Technical Support number.  This may indicate an error receiving the payment notification from Google Checkout, and will require intervention on our part.
