Overview

This page allows a user to enter general information about a permit application or a permit.

Fields

Permit Number - this can be a reference number for an application, or an actual permit number.

Navigation

Users can get to this screen in multiple ways:

• From the Home Page, by clicking on the "Apply for a Permit" button
• From the Navigation menu, by clicking on the "Add New" link under the "Permits" section.  This allows an administrative user to add a permit for someone else.
• From the View Permits page, by clicking on the Edit button in the General Information section.

Security

Users can view this screen if they have Permit Add or Permit Edit rights
