Search Box

In the top right corner of each page, you will see a search icon if you have rights to view other people's applications.   This will let you easily find applications that match the search text that you enter.  

If you move your mouse over the search icon, a search box will appear.  The search box has two parts:

A drop-down menu that lets you filter which applications you are interested in:

• Active - will only search for applications that are currently approved, wait listed, or in the process of submitting their applications.  This will exclude canceled, rejected, or expired applications.
• All - will search all applications
• Wait Listed - will only search for applications that currently appear on a wait list
• Inactive - will only search for applications that are canceled, rejected, or expired.  These are applications that were formerly approved or wait listed.
• Nearby - will only search for applications that are assigned to berths within 100 yards/meters from your current GPS location.

A field where you can enter in what you are searching for.  You can enter in any part of the following fields:

• Reference Number
• Applicant Name
• Applicant E-mail Address
• Applicant Phone Number
• Vessel Name
• Vessel Registration/Documentation Number
• Vessel Hull ID
• Dinghy Name
• Dinghy Hull ID
• License Plate, 
• Berth Number
• Sticker Number
• Confirmation Number (from a payment gateway such as Stripe)

The less you type in the search field, the more results you will get.  Entering "1" will return berth "1", but also berth "10" and berth "100", and also any vessels with a registration number that includes the number "1", etc.

Please NOTE:

Since this is a search for APPLICATIONS, please keep in mind that if you are searching for a berth and there are no applications associated with that berth, you won't get any search results.  The same thing is true if you are searching for a person who has no applications on file, or a boat that is not referenced on any applications.

After you click the Search icon or press Enter to submit the search, you will be taken to the Application Search Results page.
