Application Search Results

Overview

This page shows a list of permits that match the criteria specified in the search box, or on the Advanced Search screen.  It also allows authorized users to perform actions against all of the listed permits.

Fields

Search Results - This section lists all of the permits that meet the search conditions.  For each permit, this screen shows the application/permit number, the date range for the permit, the permit holder name, the boat name, and the location.  If you would like more detail about any permit, click on the green arrow.

Communicate - To communicate with all of the permit holders associated with the permits in your list, click this link to visit the Send Communication page.  This link will only appear if you have the rights to perform this action.

Add Action - To add an action to all of the permits in your list, click this link to go to the Activity page.  This link will only appear if you have the rights to perform this action.

Chart - To view a chart that shows the location of all of these permits, click this link to go to the Mooring Chart page.  This link will only appear if you have the rights to perform this action.

Export - To download data for all of the permits in your list, click this link to go to the Export Results page.  This link will only appear if you have the rights to perform this action.

Navigation

Users can get to this screen from the Advanced Search page, or by using the search box on any page.

Security

Users can view this screen if they have WaitList View rights or Permit View rights
