Overview

This page allows the user to enter information about the results of a mooring inspection.

Fields

Inspection Date - This is the date of the inspection

Latitude - This is the latitude of the mooring as measured during the inspection.   Please see the Coordinate Formats page for more information about entering the latitude.

Longitude - This is the longitude of the mooring as measured during the inspection.  Please see the Coordinate Formats page for more information about entering the longitude.

Inspection Comments - Comments about the inspection
