Overview

This page allows the management of paper or electronic documents relating to a permit. 

If you are a permit applicant or permit holder, you can submit the documents requested by the permit authority in one of two ways:  by uploading an electronic copy of the document, or by sending a paper copy of the document to the applicant.

The types of documents that can be uploaded is defined by permit agencies on the Document Configuration page.

Fields

Link - If an electronic copy of this document has been previously uploaded, a link will appear here that will allow you to view the document.  Your computer needs to have the software that is needed to view the document.  For example, if a PDF file has been uploaded, you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.  If a Microsoft Word document has been uploaded, you'll need to have Microsoft Word installed.  And so forth.

Filename - To upload an electronic copy of the document, enter the filename.  Or, click the Browse button and select the file from the files available on your local network.

Expiration Date - If the document is something that expires on a certain date, enter the date that the document expires.

Paper on File - If you want to record that you have a paper copy of the document on file, please check off this option.

Navigation

Users can access this page in several ways:

• In the "Apply for a Permit" wizard, after completing the Mooring page.
• From the Permit Summary page, by clicking the Edit button in the Documents section.

Security

Users can view this page if they have Permit Add rights or Permit Edit rights
