Action

Overview

This page allows you to view and/or update the configuration about one of the actions that can be performed against a permit.

Fields

Action Name - This is the name of the action.  This cannot currently be changed.

Visible - If you do not want this action to be used, you check uncheck this box to hide it.

Start Date Formula - If you want the system to fill in the start date of an action for you, you can specify a formula for the start date.  The OnlineMooring staff are happy to create a formula that will do what you want.  The formula can contain valid T-SQL statements and references to fields in the OnlineMooring database.

End Date Visible - If you want to be able to enter an expiration date for this action, check this box.

End Date Formula - If you want the system to fill in the expiration date of an action for you, you can specify a formula for the expiration date.  The OnlineMooring staff are happy to create a formula that will do what you want.  The formula can contain valid T-SQL statements and references to fields in the OnlineMooring database.

Fee Visible - If you want to be able to enter a fee for this action, check this box.

Fee Formula - If you want the system to fill in the fee for you, you can specify a formula for the fee.  The OnlineMooring staff are happy to create a formula that will do what you want.  The formula can contain valid T-SQL statements and references to fields in the OnlineMooring database.

If you want to display multiple fees to the applicant instead of one, you can click the Itemize Fees button, which will bring you to the Configuration Action Fee page.  If you have defined any itemized fees, this field will be disabled.

Communication Visible - If you want to be able to view the communication associated with this action, please check this box.
