Overview

This page allows you to create a login account that will allow you use this web site.   You can use a single account to manage multiple permits from multiple permitting authorities, if you want.

Each permitting authority controls the permissions that you will have for their portion of the web site.

Fields

User Name:  Please pick a user name that you will use for this web site.  We recommend that you use your e-mail address as your user name, to make it easier to remember. 

Password:  Please enter a password that you will use to access this web site.  The password must be at least 7 characters long and contain at least one non-alphabetic character.

Confirm Password:   Please re-enter your password, to make sure you entered it correctly.

E-mail:  Please enter a valid e-mail address. If you ever forget your username and ask us to retrieve it for you, we will send it to this e-mail address.

Security Question:  If you ever forget your password, you will be asked a question that only you would be able to answer.  You get to choose the question.

Security Answer:  If you ever forget your password, you will be asked the security question that you provided above.  If you provide the answer that you type here, you will be able to specify a new password for your account.
