Overview

This page allows providers to configure an individual step in a multi-step application approval process.

Review Step Name - This is the name of the review step that will appear on the Dashboard, and to applicants

Sequence - The sequence controls the order in which the review steps are performed.  The lowest sequence number will be processed first.  You can have review steps that occur in parallel by assigning them the same sequence number. 

Application Type - If a review step applies to only one type of application, enter it here.  Otherwise, it will be used for all application types.  If a review step applies to two out of three application types, you'll need to enter it twice, once for each application type.

Situation - If a review step applies to only one situation (such as Wait List APplication, Renewal, etc.), enter it here.  Otherwise, it will be used for all application situations.  If a review step applies to two out of four situations, you'll need to enter it twice, once for each situation.

Reviewers - You can specify the login IDs of the reviewers for each step.  If you leave this blank, then any administrator can view and approve any step.  If you enter at least one ID, then only the IDs entered can approve the step.
