The
Reservation Provider Availability and
Reservation Type Availability pages show a status field. This status field has one of the following values:
- Available - The provider has space available that meets your requirements. You can submit an reservation application.
- Not Available - The provider does not have any space that meets your requirements. You cannot submit an application.
- Application Pending - The provider will not have any space that meets your requirements if they approve the reservation applications that have already been submitted. You cannot submit an application.
- Request Allowed - The provider does not record the availability of their space within the Online Mooring product. The provider may or may not have space available. You can submit an application, assuming that space is available. If the provider rejects your application, your fees will be refunded subject to the Reservation Refund Policy
- Reservation Period starts <date> - The provider limits how far in advance you can make a reservation. Based on the provider's rules, you cannot submit a reservation application until the date specified.
- Reservation Period has ended - The provider requires a certain amount of advance notice for a reservation. Based on the provider's rules, you cannot submit a reservation application because there was not enough advance notice.
- Cannot reserve for less than <n> hours - The provider specified a minimum duration for any reservation, and your planned arrival/departure times result in a reservation that is too short.
- Cannot reserve for more than <n> hours - The provider specified a maximum duration for any reservation, and your planned arrival/departure times result in a reservation that is too long.
- Wait List Available - The provider does not have any space that meets your requirements, but they maintain a wait list and the wait list is not currently full. You can submit a wait list application and pay the Wait List fee (if applicable). If space becomes available, you will be notified and will have the opportunity to pay your Reservation Fee.
- Wait List Allowed - The provider does not have any space that meets your requirements, but they maintain an offline wait lit. You can submit a wait list application and pay the Wait List fee (if applicable). If the wait list is full, the provider will reject your wait list application and your wait list fees will be refunded, subject to the Reservation Refund Policy.
Available - The provider has available space that meets your criteria. You can submit a reservation.
Not Available - The provider does not have any available space that meets your criteria. You cannot submit a reservation.
Application Pending - If the provider accepts all outstanding reservation applications, there will be no space available. You cannot submit a reservation.
Request Allowed - The provider does not record the availability of their space in Online Mooring. You can submit a reservation request through Online Mooring, and the provider will notify you whether your reservation has been accepted or rejected. If your reservation is rejected, any fees you have paid will be refunded, minus a $5 handling charge.
Reservation period starts <date> - The provider allows reservations to be made only so far in advance. Based on the provider rules, you will not be able to submit a reservation request until the specified date and time.
