Overview
This page allows providers to configure the definition and behavior of one of the groups of berths that are available for rent.
Page Content
Group Name - This is the name of the rental group, which will be visible to the renter.
Berth Type - This indicates the type of berth (mooring or slip, etc.)
Minimum Length - This is the minimum length vessel that will be allowed in the berths in this group.
Maximum Length - This is the maximum length vessel that will be allowed in the berths in this group.
Minimum Beam - This is the minimum beam vessel that will be allowed in the berths in this group.
Maximum Beam - This is the maximum beam vessel that will be allowed in the berths in this group.
Minimum Draft - This is the minimum draft vessel that will be allowed in the berths in this group.
Maximum Draft - This is the maximum draft vessel that will be allowed in the berths in this group.
Amenities - These are the amenities available for the berths in this group
Application Type - This is the type of application that is used to make a rental reservation.
Check-in Time - This is the time that vessels can check-in by. If blank, there is no set time.
Check-out Time - This is the time that vessels can check-out by. If blank, there is no set time.
Start Reservation Period - This indicates how far in advance reservations can be made, in days and hours. If there is no restriction, you can leave this blank.
End Reservation Period - This indicates how far in advance the reservation period ends, in days and hours. If boaters can reserve until the last minute, you can leave this blank.
Minimum Duration - This indicates how short of a reservation a boater can make, in hours and days. If there is no restriction, you can leave this blank.
Maximum Duration - This indicates how long of a reservation a boater can make, in hours and days. If there is no restriction, you can leave this blank.
Wait List Approval Type - This specifies how wait lists will be approved. If "None", then wait lists will not be accepted. If "Auto", then wait list applications will be automatically approved. If "Manual", then wait list applications must be manually approved by the provider. If "Offline", then wait list applications are not approved through Online Mooring, but through a 3rd-party system.
Wait List Review Step ID - If the charge type is "On Approval" and your Wait List Approval type is "Manual", then you will have one or more review steps for the application. Upon acceptance of the specified review step, the applicant will be charged. You should NOT select the last step in your review process - the last step in your process should be a verification that the payment has been received. If you leave this blank, a review step will be automatically created for you.
Wait List Maximum Size - This is the maximum number of people that will be allowed onto the wait list for any point in time.
Wait List Fee Formula - This specifies the charge from the provider for listing someone on the wait list.
Rental Approval Type - This controls how rental requests will be approved. If "Auto", then rental applications will be automatically approved. If "Manual", then rental applications must be manually approved by the provider. If "Offline", then rental applications are not approved through Online Mooring, but through a 3rd-party system.
Rental Review Step ID - If the charge type is "On Approval" and your Rental Approval type is "Manual", then you will have one or more review steps for the application. Upon acceptance of the specified review step, the applicant will be charged. You should NOT select the last step in your review process - the last step in your process should be a verification that the payment has been received. If you leave this blank, a review step will be created and assigned to this berth group.
Rental Fee Formula - This specifies the charge from the provider for renting a berth in this group.
Payment Type - Specify how payments will be handled. "At Application Time" - fees will be charged at the time the applicant completes their application. "Upon Approval" - once you approve the application, the boater will be notified that they need to pay. You will then be notified when the payment has been made. "None" - no online payment
Berths - this allows you to specify which berths are in this group.
