Payments Report

Overview

This report allows you to view what money has been paid from applicants to the provider, according to Online Mooring's records, during a specific timeframe.

This report is often used to reconcile Online Mooring's records with bank deposits, to make sure that all "offline" payments have been accurately recorded in Online Mooring.  This is necessary to make sure that Online Mooring doesn't try to collect those fees during the next renewal period.

You can view the report in one of two ways:  as a web page, or as a CSV file (which is viewable in Microsoft Excel and other software packages).  Click the "View Report" button to generate the web-based report, and the "Export Data" button to generate the CSV file.  The CSV file contains additional information that cannot fit on a single page.

Each row in the report lists a Payment in the Online Mooring database.
