Multiple Update

You can update multiple records (applications, applicants, vessels, berths, actions) so that they will have the same value in the same field.

Step #1 - Select the Records to Update

Perform a search for applications (see the Search help page for more info).  On the search results page, all of the records returned are selected by default, but you can uncheck specific records so that they won't be included in the update.  Once you've checked the records that you want, click the Update button at the bottom of the Search Results page.

Step #2 - Select the Field to Update

On the Multiple Update page, first select which database Table you want to update.  You'll see a list of valid options based on which type of records you chose to update.  Then, select the field you want to update from the drop-down list.

Step #3 - Specify the Value to Use

Then enter the value you want to put in each of the selected records

Step #4 - Perform the Update

Then click the Update button.
