Maintain Lists

Overview

This page allows providers to manage the list of valid values for any of the fields on their application forms.  If any values are listed on this page, then a drop-down list will appear on application forms instead of text fields.

Page Content

Add - click the Add button to add a new valid value.  If you select an Application Type, then the valid value will only appear for that application, and will not appear for any other Application Types.

Edit - click the Edit button to change the rights for an existing valid value.

Delete - click the Delete button to delete an existing valid value.

To get to this page, click the "View/Update List Values" button on the Data Entry Fieldpage.

Users need Administration_View rights to use this page.
