Application Communication

Overview

This page allows you to view and/or update information about communications that took place that related to an application.

Messages sent to the applicant using the Communications page are listed here automatically.  However, you can also record other non-automated communications here as well.

Page Content

Date - This indicates when the communication occurred

Type - This indicates the method of communication

From - Who initiated the communication?

To - Who was communicated to?

Subject - Describe the content of the communications

Body - On messages generated through Online Mooring, the entire content of the message is shown on this field

Navigation

You can get to this page from the Communication section of the Application Summary page, either by clicking the New button or by clicking the date next to any existing communication.

You need "Communications_View" capabilities to view to view this page.
