Application Audit Trail

Overview

This page allows you to view a listing of changes made to an application over time, including the dates the changes were made, who made the changes, and a description of the change made.

Show updates since - When the audit page first displays, it automatically shows you all changes to the application that have occurred during the previous two months.  You can change this so that it displays the changes since any date that you specify.  After entering a date, click the Refresh button.

Audit Information - The changes are organized by portion of the application.  For example, all of the changes to the applicant section of the application are listed together, then all of the changes to the vessel section, and so on.  In each section, you'll see the date when the change was made, the login ID (or IP address, if the user was not logged in) that made the change, the type of change (insert, change, delete), what field was changed (on changes only), the value before the change (on changes only), and the value after the change (on changes only).

Continue - this button will bring you back to the Application Summary page.

Security

To view information about an existing application, a user needs "Permit_View" rights.
