Configuration Action Fee

The Itemized Fees page allows you to calculate multiple fees that will be charged as part of a single action, and that you want to have appear separately to the applicant.  For example, when submiting an application there are often two parts:  a regular fee, and an optional late fee.

Fields

There are three parts to every itemized fee:
Description - this is the description of the fee that will appear to the applicant.
Formula - this is the formula for calculating the fee.  This can be as simple as a number, or can be based on information in the database and conditional logic.
Ordinal - this controls the order that the itemized fees will appear to the applicant.  Lower numbers appear first.

You can add an itemized fee by entering in the information above and clicking the Add button.

You can edit information about an existing itemized fee by clicking the Edit button next to the information you want to edit.

You can delete an itemized fee by clicking the Delete button next to the information you want to delete.
Getting to the Page

Users can get to this page from the Action page, by clicking on the Itemize Fees button.

Security Access

Users must have Reference_View rights to access this page.  They must have Reference_Add, Reference_Edit, or Reference_Delete rights to make changes to the page.
