Over the years, we've learned that each of our providers is unique. Because of this, we've built a very robust set of configuration tools that gives our providers the flexibility to customize the product to suit their needs. Using these tools, our providers can configure:

• Contact information
• The types of applications that will be allowed
• The appearance and behavior of the application forms. For each form, the providers can even configure different appearance and behavior for different phases during the lifecycle of the application (the initial wait list application, wait list renewals, regular applications, and renewals):
  • Application Instructions
  • The appearance and behavior of fields on the application:
    • Whether fields are hidden, disabled, editable, or required
    • Lists of permissible values that appear for a field
    • The label for each field
    • The help text for each field
  • The available wait lists
  • The supporting documents that are needed, and which are required
  • Terms and Conditions that the applicant must accept
  • Fees, which may depend on the type of application and the information entered on the application form
• Which actions may be performed, the fees associated with each, and the timeframes when those actions may be performed
• Approval workflows, allowing you to manage approvals from multiple people.
• Links to related web sites.
• Security roles, including the access rights for each.
